I. Submit ApplicationList Item 1
Submit your rental application by scanning the QR Code with your phone. You can also click the QR Code to open the application link on your computer. The portal will guide you through the application process and requirements.

II. Submit Holding FeeList Item 2
LandMark Credit will process your application and issue an approval letter with additional instructions so you can submit your Holding Fees.

III. Finalize Your Move-In.List Item 3
Contact your local community team member to confirm your Apartment and finalize your Move-In.

IV. Sign And Submit Your Lease.List Item 4
Use your Online-Portal to sign your Lease Agreement and submit your Move-In fees.

I. Flexible Lease TermsList Item 1
We know it can be hard to commit to 12 month lease terms. If you’re unable to make a long-term renting decision , we’re here to help. Depending on the time of year and Community, LandMark offers a variety of short term and flexible lease lengths to meet your needs.

II. Credit ApprovalList Item 2
Our Credit Department offers co-signer options to students that may not be able to satisfy security deposit or other credit requirements.

III. Virtual ToursList Item 3
We offer virtual tours to make it easier for you and your co-signers to view our Communities. Schedule a virual meeitng with a team member and we will gladly facilitate a remote touring experience.

IV. All Inclusive PaymentList Item 4
Our Co-Living Suites include utilities, high speed internet and some offer shared goods, all included in your monthly rent payment. Making sharing simple.
